Holiday shopping just wouldn’t be the same without Christmas in the Country!  With 400 artisans from 25 states, two Canadian provinces, Germany and Great Britain, it’s an incredible selection of some of the best crafts in the world.  The show offers one of the largest selection of designer crafts and fine art of any show in the world.  It includes handmade jewelry, pottery, sculptures, wood furniture, candles, unique tapestry handbags, elegant Christmas ornaments and traditional American sleighs.

Christmas in the Country embodies the Christmas spirit as well.  Premier Promotions has helped raise nearly $1.2 million for Western New York charities.  Local organizations participating this year include Kids Escaping Drugs, Hamburg Eden Animal Rescue Team (H.E.A.R.T), Churches in Action (CIA), Variety The Children’s Charity of Buffalo, Kathleen Mary House, and the Hamburg Presbyterian Church.  And almost all show workers volunteer their time, earning money for their special charities.

Christmas in the Country offers consistent quality – ranked in the top five shows over the last ten years by Sunshine Artist Magazine, a leading craft trade publication.  This superior event attracts collectors from many regions, including the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest U.S. as well as Southern Ontario.  The show’s location on the Fairgrounds in Hamburg, NY, just off Interstate 90, makes it an easy drive from Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Rochester and Toronto.

From Downtown Buffalo (approximately 20 minutes)
Travel south over the skyway on Route 5 to Milestrip Road (Route 179) east. At the first light, make a right. Turn on South Park Avenue (Route 62) south.

Traveling East on I-90 (NYS Thruway)
(Coming from Pennsylvania) Take exit 57 to Route 75 north. Turn right on to Southwestern Blvd (Route 20). Make a right onto South Park Avenue (Route 62). The Fairgrounds is on the left about 1.6 miles.

Traveling West on I-90 (NYS Thruway)
(Coming from Amherst, Rochester, Syracuse) Take the I-90 West to exit 56 (Blasdell/Milestrip). Turn left onto Milestrip Road (Route 179). Turn right on the McKinley Parkway. Just before the fairgrounds make a right onto Quinby, at the light make a left onto South Park Ave. and the fairgrounds will be on the left.

From the Buffalo Niagara International Airport (approximately 25 minutes)
Take the 33 Expressway and follow the signs to the NYS Thruway (I-90). Take the I-90 West to exit 56 (Blasdell/Milestrip). Turn right onto Milestrip Road (Route 179). At the first light, make a left turn on South Park Avenue (Route 62) south.

From Canada, via the Peace Bridge (approximately 20 minutes from the Bridge)
Start out going east on Peace Bridge. Turn slight right. Merge onto NYS Thruway (I-190S) toward Downtown Buffalo, merge onto NY-5 W via Exit 7 toward Lackawanna. Take the exit toward NY 179, enter next roundabout and take 3rd exit onto NY 179E (Milestrip Road). Turn right onto Route 62 (South Park Avenue), The Fairgrounds will be about 4 miles down on the left hand side.
